Winni is a village of police station, Tehsil and district Hafizabad.

Gurdwara Sri Iccha Parak Sahib marks the visit of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji. Sat Guru came here for a brief visit from Hafizabad in recognition of love and affection of the villagers.

The Gurdwara has been well constructed in form of a house and some land belongs to the Gurdwara.

Presently some muslim refugees are settled here. In the past, a small fair used to be held on the first of Vaisakhi but it has been stopped now.
