This Gurdwara is situated at a distance of 2 km North of town Bhikhi and 19 km from Mansa City in village Samaon.

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji visited this place during his journey of the Malwa region.

When Guru Ji reached this place, he was given a message that Sikhs from Kabul and Peshawar were coming to pay homage. Guru Ji stopped here and sat under a van tree.

The Sikhs arrived singing kirtan and fell at Guru Ji's feet. Guru Tegh Bahadur blessed the Sikhs.

A farmer who was working in his fields nearby, saw all this and brought bread and milk as an offering to Guru Ji.

Guru Tegh Bahadur distributed bread and milk among the Sikhs and blessed the farmer saying, 'You shall always have large amounts of milk in your house'. The Gurdwara was constructed at the place where Guru Tegh Bahadur sat. The Van tree still exists.
