Gurdwara Sri Guru Nanak Charan Asthan Dukh Niwaran, 35 kilimetres southwest of Srinagar, in the newly formed Badgam district was visited by Sri Guru Nanak Sahib Ji.
A small Gurdwara was constructed before 1947, but in 1948 that gurdwara building was washed away by floods.
In 1975, a new Gurdwara building was built, which is managed by Parbandhak Committee, Budgam.
It is a double-storey building with the sanctum on the first floor and residential rooms on the ground floor.
