Jatri is located on the Bhai Pheru-Khunda road.

There used to be the Gurdwara of Sri Guru Arjan Sahib Ji in the village which has now vanished, only its sarai (lodging facility for Sikhs) remains.

Guru Arjan stayed in the village for a few days in recognition of Bhai Jatri's love.

Even today the Samadh of Bhai Jatri stands in a grove of trees outside the village on the river Ravi side.
