The area within Bhajanpura Police Station was earlier a part of Yamunapuri (Gokulpuri) Police Station. This Police Station came into existence on 1.7.88. Thereafter between 1990 - 1993, eight cases was registered on the basis of affidavits filed before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry. Their Numbers are 410/90, 119/91, 221/91, 606/91, 11/92, 126/92, 573/92 and122/93.

I am producing photocopies of those FIRs (which are now taken on record and marked collectively as exhibit No.W93//1). Out of those 9 cases, charge sheets were submitted in three cases. Their numbers are 410/90, 11/92 and 122/93. The remaining five cases were closed as untraced. File (which is now given Exhibit No.W93/2) is in respect of FIR No.410/90. File (which is now given Exhibit No.W93/3) is in respect of FIR No.11/992.

File (which is now given Exhibit No.W93/4) is in respect of FIR No.122/93. File (which is now given exhibit No.W93/5) is the case file of FIR No.606/91. File (which is now given exhibit No.W93/6) is the case file of FIR No.126/92. File (which is now given exhibit No.W93/7) is the case file of FIR No. 573/92.
