At present I am posted as Addl. SHO, Police Station Shakarpur. I was not in the police department in October – November, 1984. After seeing the record I say that between 30.10.84 and 5.11.84 seven FIRs were registered at Shakarpur Police Station. Their numbers are 368 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/1), 369 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/2), 370 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/3), 372 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/4), 375 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/5), 381 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/6) and 390 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/7).
13 FIRs were registered in the year 1991 also. Their numbers are 70 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/8), 71 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/9), 169 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/10), 199 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/11), 200 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/12), 201 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/13), 237 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/14), 238 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/15), 239 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/16), 240 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/17), 241 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/18), 268 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/19) and 348 (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/20). I am producing the photocopies of those FIRs.
The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/21) contains report made by the SHO, photocopies of the Daily Diary register and other relevant papers. The log book (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/22) is of the Shakarpur Police Station for the period from 4.10.84 to 13.11.84.
The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/23) is the case file of FIR No.370 of 84. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/24) is the case file of FIR No.348 of 91. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/25) is the case file of FIR No.375 of 84. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/26) is the case file of FIR No.368 of 84. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W86/27) is the case file of FIR No.369 of 84.
