In October – November 84, I was in Special Branch (CID). At present I am SHO, Vivek Vihar. In the Farsh Bazar Police Station 8 FIRs were recorded in connection with Anti-Sikh Riots between 31.10.84 and 5.11.84. Their numbers are 427 to 434.

I am producing the photocopies of the FIR No.427 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/1), 428 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/2), 429 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/3), 430 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/4), 431 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/5), 432 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/6), 433 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/7), 434 (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/8).

The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/9) contains report made by SHO Daryao Singh and other papers relating to that report. The log book (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/10) is for the period 10.10.84 to 2.11.84 and another log book (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/11) is from 2.11.84 to 11.11.84.

The Daily Diary register –A (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/12) is for the period 1.11.84 to 25.11.84. The Daily Diary register – B of the police station (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/13) is for the period 22.10.84 to 17.11.84. The Daily Diary register of Police Post Anaj Mandi (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/14) is for the period 6.10.84 to 12.11.84.

The photocopies of log book is for the period 30.10.84 to 5.11.84. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/15) is the case file of FIR No.429. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/16) is the case file of FIR No.431. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W85/17) is the case file of FIR No.432.

There is now a change in the name and area of Police Station Farsh Bazar. Some part of the Farsh Bazar Police Station is now falls within Police Station Vivek Vihar.
