I am now posted as Addl. SHO, Police Station Seelampur. In October – November, 84, I was a probationer at Central District. After going through the record I say that two anti-Sikh riot cases were registered at Seelampur Police Station between 31.10.84 to 5.11.84. Their numbers as 340 and 341.

Later on six more cases were registered in 1984, two in 1991, two in 1992 and two in 1993. Their numbers are 340, 341 343, 344, 345, 346, 367 and 373 of 84. The numbers of FIRs of 1991 are 247 and 721. The numbers of FIRs of 1992 are 33 and 659. The numbers of FIRs of 1993 are 5 and 304.

I am producing the photocopies of those FIRs No.340 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/1), 341 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/2), 343 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/3), 344 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/4), 345 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/5), 346 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/6), 367 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/7), 372 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/8), 247 of 91 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/9), 721 of 91 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/10), 33 of 92 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/11), 659 of 92 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/12), 5 of 93 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/13), 304 of 93 (which is now taken on record and marked as exhibit no.W87/14).

I am shown one file (which is now given exhibit No.W87/15) it contains the report made by SHO, Daily Diary entries and other information relating to incidents which had taken place between 31.10.84 to 5.11.84. The log book (which is now given exhibit No.W87/16) is of Police Station Seelampur from 19.10.84 to 8.11.84. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W87/17) is the case file of FIR No.340 of 84.

The file (which is now given exhibit No.W87/18) is the case file of FIR No.346 of 84. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W87/19) is the case file of FIR No.33 of 92 and FIR No.5 of 93. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W87/20) is the case file of FIR No.345 of 84. The file (which is now given exhibit No.W87/21) is the case file of FIR No.367 of 84.
