Statement submitted before the Nanavati Commission

I had filed an affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission. I am shown a photocopy of the affidavit. I say that it is the correct copy of my affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.28/1.

I further say that the mob which had attacked my father's house on 4.11.1984 consisted of 600 to 700 persons. Our neighbours had helped us from the attack of the mob and later on next morning we had gone to the police station.

Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

In respect of the incident of 2.11.1984 which had taken place at my house an offence was registered with the police. I had given evidence as witness in the court.
