I have filed an affidavit before this Commission. It is shown to me. It bears my signature. I have nothing more to add then what I have stated in the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.59/1.

Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

On 1.11.1984 nothing more had happened then what I have stated in the affidavit. On 2.11.1984 the police had come and stayed there for about 4 to 5 minutes. They had told us to go inside our houses by informing us that nothing is going to happen. It is true that except what I have referred to in my affidavit in paragraph 4 no further incident had taken place.
