I have gone through the records pertaining to Anti-Sikh riot cases between 31.10.84 to 5.11.84. On the basis of the record I have prepared a list of FIRs registered at that Police Station. I am producing that list (which is now taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A' to his evidence).

I am shown files they are in respect of FIR No.315 (which is now given Exhibit No.84/1), 316 (which is now given Exhibit No.84/2), 318 (which is now given Exhibit No.84/3), 319 (which are now given Exhibit No.84/4), 320 (which is now given Exhibit No.84/5), 323 (which is now given Exhibit No.84/6) and 325 (which is now given Exhibit No.84/7).

I am also shown one more file (which is now given Exhibit No.W84/8) it is of FIR No.196 of 91. I am shown one more file (which is now given Exhibit No.W84/9) it is of FIR No.197 of 91. I am shown the log book, it is ACP's log book (which is now given Exhibit No.W84/10) for the period 5.7.84 to 28.11.84.

I am shown one file (which is now given Exhibit No.W84/11) it contains a report made by ACP, Gandhi Nagar in respect of the incidents during that period. The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W84/12) is in respect to the extracts of complaints against SI, Som Prakash.

The file (which is now given Exhibit No.W84/13) contains report made by the SHO page 10 to 17, Daily Diary entries and other relevant information. The log book (which is now given Exhibit No.W84/14) is of Police Station Gandhi Nagar for the period 3.10.84 to 7.11.84.
