I had filed an affidavit before the Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission. I am shown a copy of my affidavit and I say that it is the correct copy of the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.W30/1.

Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

I do not know if any case was registered by the police in respect of the incident referred to in my affidavit. Police had recorded my statement in connection with that incident. The police had come to our house to enquire about the incident. The police had also inspected our house.
