I am filing an affidavit today. In that affidavit I have stated whatever I have to say and nothing more to say. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No. W22/1.

Cross Examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

My brothers name is Sukhdev Singh. I know that my father had got a case registered with the police in respect of the incident referred to in para 3 & 4 of the affidavit. I had given evidence in that case. No body was named as accused in the case filed by us.

I had also not named anyone as accused in the affidavit. The police had arrested three persons in connection with those incidents. I had deposed in the court. My father was not examined in that case. The FIR was registered by my father as I had returned to my house after four or five days,
