Statement submitted before the Nanavati Commission

I have filed an affidavit before this Commission. I am shown that affidavit. It bears my signature. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.55/1.

The affidavit filed did not contain any Annexure but I am filing the same showing the names of the owners of the houses in our locality, names of the persons killed in our locality and the letter which we had written to SHO, Yamuna Vihar Police Station, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. The Annexures are taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.55/2.

I had not filed any affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry or any other authority. I had also not given any statement to police. I had not given in writing any where earlier what I have stated in my affidavit.

I had not given any list of owners of houses in our locality or the persons killed in our locality. I know that in respect of the incident that took place in our locality an offence was registered by the police.
