Affidavit submitted before the Misra Commission

I, Tarlochan Singh S/o Dharam Singh, R/o Village and P.O. Sahlon, Tehsil Nawashahar, Distt. Jallandhar, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -

1. That the owner was Karam Singh S/o Surjan Singh, R/o Chandwali, Distt. Jallandhar, C/o Village and P.O. Shalon, Tehsil Nawashahar, Distt. Jallandhar, State of Punjab, India. Heavy Truck No.PJQ-5991, Model 1981.

2. That I was driving in the Truck No.PJQ-5991. That I am unemployed of all family members and myself have not got help from any Government and person.

3. That the attack on dated 2 Nov.1984 , at Semeypur Badli, Police Alipur, New Delhi and enter the police report for the Truck No. PJQ 5991, Police Station, Alipur.

4. That the attack on the truck was made by maximum 30 person and all were students.

5. That I had sometime ago information about the attack so we have informed some policemen but policemen has not helped me.

6. That the attack persons have oil for truck.

7. That the total loss about truck 1 lakh 30 thousands.

8. That we have no help from any persons in Delhi.
