Gurdwara Sri Janam Asthan Bhai Bidhi Chand is situated in the village Chhina Bidhi Chand in the District of Tarn Taran Sahib.

Gurdwara Sri Janam Asthan Bhai Bidhi Chand marks the birth place of Bhai Bidhi Chand.

Bhai Bidhi Chand Ji was a Sikh who served Sri Guru Arjan Sahib Ji and Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji. Bhai Bidhi Chand Ji was a thief before changing his ways and becoming a Sikh.

Bhai Bidhi Chand is especially remembered for the his daring acts of returning two horses, Gulbag and Dilbag, from the mughals at the Fort of Lahore.

Afterwards Guru Hargobind blessed Bhai Bidhi Chand Ji as, 'Bidhi Chand Chhina Guru Ka Sinaa'.

1631 Battle of Gurusar

The Battle of Gurusar was the third battle fought by Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji near Mehraj with Lala Beg and Qamar Beg in 1631. Despite overwhelming odds, the mughals were completely crushed in this battle.

Forward 1631 Battle Of Gurusar - Guru Hargobind's horses were snatched by Mughals and recovered by Gursikh, Bhai Bidhi Chand.

The mughals had a 35,000 strong army while Guru Hargobind's side only numbered 4,000. The battle was fought during winter season and Guru Ji had pre-planned everything. Because the mughals were not fully acquainted to the conditions of the area they had not planned well for the battle.
