Gurdwara Sri Guru Nanak Sahib Karachi

When Sri Guru Nanak Sahib Ji came to Karachi, it is said Guru Ji stayed at this place first.

The Gurdwara is located on Justice Kayani road opposite Karachi Art Council.

Guru Nanak went to the cave of the goddess of sea (where Gurdwara Sri Guru Nanak Sahib Clifton is located) from this very place.

The people took a light from that cave and built Gurmandir in the city. Now Guru Mandir is the name of a very big locality of Karachi.

The building of the Gurdwara is strong and beautifully built, however it is now a hindu gymkhana.
